Lunch Sunday 23 January 2022. recommended by the aficionados, we could only follow their advice and so decided to test this rouffach table in our turn. warm welcome, elegant decoration, about 30 places. But he can have more than one! menu at 55 € for an entry, a dish and a dessert: we took on the map. very good champagne with a correct price, 3 amuses mouth gourmet but not exceptional, homemade bread very good. foie gras with spicy docksche and fruit bread: well served and very good. Breton tourteau with algae salad: nice presentation and tasty entry. my foie gras was accompanied by a late-sales glass absolutely divine! then the black prussian beef with its pears and tart rattes, elealot juice, boiled kitchen very well accompanied by a glass of laland pomerol, and for my wife, young roasted calf with juice, sweet potatoes in the county: all in flavor and juice that reveals with the other sauces that the chef is an excellent saucier. slow on dessert, but 5 refined cheeses: correct.
