Fire House Pub - Roscoe

We have eaten here numerous times. The place has so much untapped potential. The food is mediocre and the menu never seems to change. I don't have a favorite dish because they are all meh. The only thing I can recommend are the cheese curds. I want to like the local neighborhood bar, but it's just nothing special.

My husband and I often come to firehouse on a night away from the kids. The food keeps us coming back, but the service has been so bad at times that we have walked out after 10 min or more of not being served. Sit at the bar if you're able, best and fastest service comes from there. Their wings and onion strings are very good and we haven't ordered much that we didn't like.

Sat outside with daughter. We both had hamburgers and sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious. Hamburger cooked perfectly and hot sweet potato fries.

The chicken wings are our favorite! I and my friend fell in love with their sriracha bourbon chicken wing! perfectly flavored and cooked for perfection! definitely recommend this with the side of the ranch and someone to drink with! super nice server!
