Our big group was on the move when we decided to eat here. The staff was super friendly and efficient to help our large group eat. Thanks to the staff who brought us, the bathroom was also clean.

I bought some subs for my employees and these employees made it quick! I lost my reception and next week I called to see if they could send it to me by email. Wade answered and quickly spoke to his manager Patrick. Patrick was extremely professional and fast to solve the problem. Within 3 minutes of the call I had my reception by email to me. Thank you.

The smells are free but everything else is going to cost ya. I love the sandwich so I'm willing to pay the price. Lunch time is super busy though and the new location makes it worse. Just order on the app or have it delivered.

Love Jimmy John's so every time we are in Rolla, I try to make sure I get my fix. JJ's Gargantuan Unwich... Best sandwich ever.
