Maple Tree Bbq - Riverhead

When live in Islip, so it was a nice ride on a beautiful day?to get some good Barbecue.

We loved this little hidden bbq gem. Food was delicious.

I was in North Carolina a few months ago and the bbq here was on par with the bbq down south. The pulled pork was phenomenal, especially when combined with the mac n cheese. The staff were very friendly and warm as well.

Passing through and boy am I glad we stopped! Had a fall off the bone experience rib platter with smoked beans and slaw. Moist and savory with every bite for me. Many choices on the wall to enjoy. Very well done ? ??

Always on point. This is the only place for true, smoked, fall off the bone, st Louis dry rub ribs. That is all, bonus! eat by the river. Views to love try the bbq clam chowder.
