Westside Pit Bbq - Rialto

They deleted my first review because they gave such bad service and disgusting food, I was not going to let that happen to anyone else again. My Red Snapper was clearly Catfish because of the dark skin that was on the underside of the fish. The people are not professional and apparently it is an inconvenience when someone walks in to pick up their order. As soon as I walked in, the lady 's cell phone rang, she took the call and walked outside and around the building. Her phone call was obviously not a good call because when she re-entered 15 minutes later...she was in full distraught and crying. They had no greens, no red beans and rice, and no desserts! Like... Why yawl Open?

I tried it! That 's the positive in all of this. I believe I called in a little before 12pm so it was understandable that certain foods would not be done (i.e. the collard greens). They also did not have red beans and rice. So after all of the we don 't have this or that! I placed my order: 6 pc red snapper dinner with potato salad and Mac n cheese, pickings were slim. The 2nd order was a 6 pc catfish with green beans, potato salad and a side of hush puppies. Oh wait ...I forgot... NO PEACH COBBLER!!! (in my head I 'm thinking, why are yawl open .)Picked up the orders. Potato salad in the same Styrofoam container with the cooked food.....eventually will equal mashed potatoes. Just an FYI! The two fish meats looked opposite of one another. The red snapper had a thin black skin on it and the catfish didn 't.I can 't even continue with this review because it was embarrassingly bad!I know for sure I will not go back.

Been going here for years and the ribs are always on point.

Great BBQ I really liked the Links. Potatoes salad was bomb.

Love everything! I have no complaints. Everything is Always fresh and hot whenever I stop by. Recommend calling ahead.
