Dunkin' - Reading

If you spend several dollars on a coffee, I don't think it's inappropriate to expect a kind of consistency. Not only are special drinks often made incorrect, they also receive the orders mixed. This may not be a big thing for some, but when we go, we have no time to sit back by the drive to correct things. Sometimes my husband will stop bringing us some things before work, and he has no time to correct the problem. I think it's a shame that a company can be so often wrong that it's Meme. This place is particularly difficult. The staff is not pleasant when you ask for help, and I think maybe that causes the conversion rate high. It feels like they always train new employees. If you have a problem on a constant basis as we have, there is no real person to talk about it. This is the most convenient car-duration location for us, but we have started out our way now to the further walkable facility. This is very disappointing, but it wastes less time because the order is correct. Please have more integrity in your world. I used to be an employee of DD and things were never so uncoordinated.

This place is always packed and every time I order it, it's wrong. And the woman with the blond hair with the brown shirt needs additional classes on customer service. I worked in the customer and I totally understand that mistakes happen. But that's like the fourth time and that's unacceptable. You place your order you pay, you expect it to be correct. It's not one she actually yelled at me that the employee did it right. If you send your order back, it looks as if it had repaired it, but it's still wrong! I thought the customer was always right not in their world!! I also called into the facility to get my order, she called what you're doing here, I said the door was open. Total unprofessional

I would not recommend anyone working at Dunkin Donuts. I have never work in a place where the boss tell the employee that the need to have a phone number to he in a chat group and post stuff of the employee online, this is a violation of privacy. If you don't believe try applying and you will find out for yourself.

Nice place. You get varieties of coffee and other food items for reasonable price. Had Hot Chocolate Coffee and 1 is very heavy. Good to have share. Need your personal time. You can have it here.

My husband loves the chicken quesadillas and I enjoy the supreme crunchy tacos. Staff are friendly, polite. The area is kept neatly.
