This place sucks I ordered 1/4 chicken meal white meat they gave me dark meat told me I didn't order white meat so obviously was miscommunication. Then I ask if I could buy another piece because she wouldn't take care of the issue at hand. Wanted to charge me 8 dollars for one piece. My piece I had was a chicken on crack what ever happened to customer service this place sucks.

Order 81 02/20/22 4:11pm I ordered a whole chicken with 2 sides what I received was a cold chicken and 2 leftover sides the salad was great but I ordered that on the side but the 2 complimentary side dishes that I got I got were fries and rice stay awake stay very far away for I've been eating at LA grandma for the last 10 years of my life and this by far is the worst lagrandma I've ever been to when you 1st walk through the door you have this feeling of Of your inner consciousness telling you to leave immediately Everything there was just bad the chicken was old his the chicken was old dry no flavor tasted like it was cooked yesterday the rice felt like I got the very bottom of the Pan crunchy hard nit's hard not soft and moist and the fries they tasted like they were fried and oil that has never been changed since the place opened if you want real Peruvian chicken go to one on Atlantic and Royal Palm stay away from this one on sample

It was quite difficult to make my order, which was horribly messed up, and then I paid for the food, only for them to tell me they can't take back what they gave me which is not what I ordered to begin with! Like I understand the complications of not taking food back due to Covid, however, I was standing right inside the store while he opened the box to show me my meal and I was thoroughly disappointed. I did not want to make big deal out of it but I was hungry and a bit annoyed and I was literally there for an hour trying to have them fix my order. It was very frustrating and time-wasting. Never again will I go through this. PS: The food was salty and wasn't appetizing at all. -__

Best place to grab a quick bite to eat, or experience some authentic Latin style cuisines. I always go with the steak combo meal, it’s so tender and juicy, paired with rice and beans, and some of there green sauce. Totally mouth watering!
