Kfc - Pittsburgh

Regardless of whether you choose the crispy or original chicken, it can sometimes be a bit too salty. I wish they still offered the classic traditional meals. It seems that every KFC has a similar level of saltiness in their chicken. On rare occasions, I've encountered chicken with a burnt taste.

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. They consistently mess up my orders! EVERY SINGLE ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG!!! Tonight, my order was missing the extra corn and extra gravy. If you decide to visit, MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!! This restaurant is just terrible.

This could be one of the worst KFCs in Pittsburgh. They close very early every night, frequently run out of sauce, and the Nashville tenders are heavily coated with dry seasoning instead of having any actual sauce. They even get defensive when it's brought up. There's nothing wrong with updating their hours and menu if they're not meeting customer expectations, especially when they often run out of chicken.

I suggest you just order from another restaurant. First, I received the wrong order from my driver, and then the food was cold. The manager really needs to pay more attention to the dining experience. If they don't want to be in this line of work, they should take notes from other successful establishments. I can't believe they sent out cold food that ended up being thrown away. This is just unacceptable.

A black guy who worked in the kitchen fingered me. when I was on food and didn't make anything wrong! absolutely disgusting.
