Taya Derycke - Pipestone

It was very disappointing to hear that the owner refused to cooperate with Max, the front office manager at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade when he was calling to determine the issues with the phone. Max also wanted to speak to a manager but the owner was insistent that she is also the manager and supervisor. Sorry but there is no way she can be the owner, manager, and supervisor all at the same time; nobody has that kind of time or capabilities. She absolutely refused to explain to Max what was going on for some reason, as though she had something to hide. Otherwise I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

They had animal fur all over the floors and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed for days. Gross.

Taya and her crew are phenomenal! The service and food there is outstanding! I had my son's birthday party there the last two years and both times were fantastic! I would definitely recommend Bole-Mor Lanes to anyone.

Dive. Nobody there on a Friday night. Not cheap. Machine for kids steel money and they say oh well. Do not recommend.

I have bowled here many times with my family. We have A great time every time. The food is great. I love the fries. They are super family friendly! Definitely recommend bowling here if your in the area!!
