Restaurant bewertenNormally we go to the bar next door but wanted to try this spot. Bad decision, customer service was horrible. I ordered a burger and it was literally the worst burger I’ve ever had. The meat crumbled every time i took a bite. So bad i couldn’t finish it. Bartender never asked how was the food or was anything wrong being i didn’t finish my food. Maybe this is how they operate, I’ve never been out and was not asked how was my food when i finished eating or just a how’s everything are u guys okay. Bartenders normally are very knowledgeable and always try to give good options on drinks. I asked this bartender what she recommended and she said “idk” with a straight face. WOW if u don’t know what’s good to drink here neither do I. Definitely didn’t feel welcome and food definitely wasn’t worth the money it cost. I actually got sick after eating here and been in the bathroom all night. We will not be returning to this bar. I have it a 2 star because it’s a nice place, had the potential to be something amazing. Nice brickwork and decor. Really like the saw above the bar.
Sad one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood since I moved here in 2013 is a shell of it's former self. Used to have one of the best burgers in town and what really set it apart was an attention to detail and obvious care, from the menu to the beer selection. Seems like an ownership change is to blame. Clearly food quality has gone down and the beer list isn't curated like it used to be. Shame. Used to be a go to spot.
Great service and a wonderful menu full of delicious options. They even have some drinks that aren't on the menu so don't be afraid to ask about drinks! They make a great hot toddy. Another super cool feature about Kraftwork is their detailed decorations!
The staff is wonderful and they practice safe and responsible dining during this time, plus the food is absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!
Great bar with lots of quality choices on tap. The food was excellent, I had their homemade peirogies and the Mushroom Reuben. They brine the portobello then do something amazing to it so it tastes sooo good but I can’t describe it because it’s a new flavor for me.
