Dunkin' - Paterson

Worst experience ever. Messed up on my order and did not reimburse my money or at least try fixing my order.

This restaurant has a convenient location next to the mall, excellent service, and a strong emphasis on cleanliness. I often find myself coming here.

They always prepare my coffee exactly how I like it! The staff is fantastic and I've never seen them without a smile. They brighten my day every single time! Make sure to grab your coffee from your local Dunkin!

As soon as you enter, you're greeted by loud voices and shouting. The staff seems annoyed when they actually have to engage with you, almost as if they're inconvenienced by their job. If you're not happy here, it's better to find another place. God bless America!

The owner/manager is very friendly and approachable, making for a welcoming atmosphere.
