Kfc - Paragould

Had a late lunch around 3pm. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders combo meal. The chicken was cold and the Dr. Pepper tasted unlike anything I've ever had had. I'm not sure what happened to it, but it didn't have a familiar flavor at all.

The girl took our order and we sat down and waited 20 minutes and seeing workers just walking around before my husband asked why we hadn't gotten our food. The same girl that took our order told us she didn't know she had an order because it never came up on her computer screen the manager then asked if we wanted a refund or for them to make the food. I said we wanted the food and it ended up being dried out chicken fingers.

They do a mediocre job these days. Over the years, the quality has gone down, and they got rid of alot off that menu I helped to formulate. Overall the chicken is still pretty good, but it is a shame about the white gravy

KFC in Paragould has gone down hill. It does not look clean. It is not a welcoming place. There is no pride in service. The buffet is gone and not coming back. I love KFC chicken. Just don’t love it in Paragould

I have never had a worse experience in my life! I was humiliated when it should of made them embarrassed of their quality of food they tried serving me. The manager that was their at the time has no clue how to work I the public. She has no idea how to be anyone's boss! I was paying $55.00 for old crusty shicken strips with gravery dumped all over EVETYTHING!!!
