Who doesn't love frozen yogurt? Good flavors and topping. A little on the pricey side.Food: 5/5

The boba teas tasted good. The hot and sour soup lacked the hot/sour taste.We also had the ribs that were okay tasting.Would come again for teas and frozen yogurt.The food would be stellar if it was spicer. Perhaps it's regional? We're from the West Coast and used to more spice.The staff were friendly but not overly so.

Most people go here for the self-serve fro-yo. It's delicious and fun to add toppings. However, the food is tasty too. There's an entire menu of lunch and dinner items. Try a poke bowl or noodles. They're very satisfying. Support local, family businesses!

I am very disappointed because we normally love this place, but I am so mad after today and will not be going back anytime soon! The gentleman that owns the shop is so nice and we 've always had a great experience with him! Now, there 's a lady who works there as well and is alwaysss rude! Today, I ordered 2 Taro boba teas, and she asked me if I wanted the classic. I just replied, yes, that I would like the regular taro boba tea! I waited 20 whole minutes for literally 2 drinks with 2 kids waiting and got the wrong flavor (that was very yucky)! These things happen, so I just explained very nicely that there must have been a misunderstanding because it wasn 't taro flavored. She yelled at me, denied a replacement, refund, or even adding a little taro flavor to my current drink! The drinks were just too yucky to stomach without getting a belly ache, so I had to just throw them in the garbage on my way out. It was $12, I lost 20 minutes of my life, and as a customer, I got yelled at! I 'm very sorry to leave a review like this, but I am seriously so upset! I really hope they can work this out because they are going to lose more customers...
