From the perspective of a tourist, I think this Billy's deserves 5 stars If I were a local, probably 4 stars.
The lobster stew is off the hook!!! The view is great and the service is friendly A bit pricey for portionSize but outstanding quality.
Was two starsFairly mediocre food, worse when you consider the prices Luke warm chowder/soup.
