Cashier was extremely rude.Parking: Plenty of parking, employees are rude so no one goes there.

No one else in the restaurant, and we ordered lunch for my family, we waited and waited and when 30 minutes hit, and still no food, I went to the front and NO ONE WAS WORKING I had to yell hello!? To get someone to come refund our money while and the manager was just sitting in his car smoking like what!?

We waited 15 minutes at the front counter with no signs of life in the restaurant. It was like a ghost town, with no activity. Despite speaking loudly, there was still no response. It seemed as though everyone had disappeared. A car drove through the drive-thru very slowly while we were there. Eventually, we decided to eat elsewhere and jokingly shouted our goodbyes with no response. Although we found the situation amusing, it may not be funny to everyone.

I used to love Del Taco when I was younger. However, the quality has gone downhill lately. The employees were friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the fries were terrible - either overcooked or cooked with old oil. I won't be returning to this location again.
