Restaurant bewertenThis restaurant may appear small from the front, but despite its narrow entrance, it stretches quite a bit inside. The aisles are tight, and the high ceilings create a sense of grandeur. This unassuming eatery manages to cover all the essentials and then some. Surprisingly, despite being in business for over 33 years, it remains relatively unknown to the residents of southeastern Connecticut outside of Niantic. The generic name doesn’t help its visibility. Throughout its 33 years, the restaurant has relocated three times within Niantic, with its most recent move to Hope Street (not Main Street, as listed), which only spans four blocks. It seems that the locals are a bit lacking in hope when it comes to discovering this hidden gem.
This restaurant offers a delightful selection of fresh, locally-sourced vegetables and fruits, along with an assortment of spreads, including brot and spirulina protein powder. They even have an entire section dedicated to naturopathy and aromatherapy. The owner is truly charming and incredibly helpful. It was a wonderful discovery to find this gem tucked away behind the cinema park; it’s easily accessible and has everything you need, whether you’re plant-based, a lover of animals, or have children.
The restaurant offers fresh produce along with a variety of organic foods and beauty products. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently situated on the main street in the city.
