Sift Bake Shop Mystic

Sift truly was amazing! It was worth all the hype we heard about it and then some honestly! The line was out the door but within 5 minutes we were ordering our food! Staff was super nice and recommended some options. We got 2 iced coffees and decided on thecinnamon roll center and avocado toast but it was so hard to decide cause everything looked so delicious!! It was SO GOOD ????Will definitely go back if we're in town. Such a good experience!

The first time I visited this bakery, I was impressed by its modern and minimalist design, which was beautifully arranged. A good friend brought me here, and I can see why – it's an amazing spot! I ordered the chocolate sea salt walnut cookie and two chocolate croissants. It’s amazing to think it took three days to make those croissants, along with a box of their macarons. Not only was the cookie the size of my palm, but it was perfectly chewy and flavorful with every bite. The croissants were incredibly detailed and layered to perfection. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and patient, making my experience delightful. I can't wait to come back!

A lovely bakery in Mystic with an impressive display of baked goods. It always seems to be bustling with activity. They offer a delightful selection of both sweet treats and coffee. It's a charming spot to stop by for any occasion.

Wow! It's clear that Adam Young has earned the bakery/owner a well-deserved baking award. I'm thrilled about it! But honestly, the main thing is to keep those baked goods coming. The quality is outstanding! Just the aroma of this place is enough to overwhelm your senses with happiness. We woke up early and left our Airbnb at 8 AM, and when we asked a local where to find a good coffee, Sift was highly recommended. Luckily, we hit the jackpot on a Friday morning in August, as there was no line when we arrived, which is usually the case. The young lady who served us was not only sweet but also very efficient. The baked goods were top-notch, and each bite was an explosion of flavors and textures—an absolute delight! I highly recommend this place!
