Marketside - Niagara Falls

We stopped in from Pennsylvania for a weekend trip and looked up reviews in the area. We decided to give this spot a shot and were pleasantly surprised to see a quaint restaurant jam packed full of locals... always a good indication of how good the place is. They had the best chocolate chip pancakes I’ve ever had and the best blueberry pancakes my husband ever had. They did not skimp on the chocolate chips or blueberries! The coffee was hot and the waitresses are super attentive bustling around from table to table making sure to top you off with some more coffee or get you anything you need. We did read ahead of time that they are cash only so we made sure to have some on hand. The bacon was crispy, the potatoes were great, all tasting fresh and home cooked nothing seemed processed or frozen. Eggs over easy perfectly done. It is a little noisy, because of all the people but we didn’t mind because we like having random conversation with people. The owner came out and greeted each individual table. How thoughtful! I highly recommend this to anyone! They do get packed rather quickly and it seat yourself. It closes at noon so we made sure to get there early enough! I highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to visit this town!

This was a wonderful chance experience. We felt like one of the family. Like eating breakfast at home. Well worth the wait, for fresh and yummy food. Cozy, warm, friendly, great food....definitely will be back again. Would highly recommend.

Awesome place!!! Great breakfast food, warm atmosphere and friendly owner. Regulars have their own mugs stored just on the shelf above the coffee pot. Love it!

Loved the pan fried fish with home fries! Excellent portion and reasonable prices! Excellent excellent food! Main plus of the food was the glass of white wine!

A real family place! Love it here!! My cousins and i meet on sunday mornings. We feel so welcome and loved here. The workers go out of their way to accommodate our picky ways without a hitch. They really go above and beyond for the customers. The food is without a doubt the best in town and mike comes out to greet everyone and always makes it personal to each person. Just a very wonderful atmosphere to be in. I would suggest this establishment to anyone.
