Harlem Hops - New York

I was in the neighborhood and spontaneously stopped into Harlem Hops. I was lucky I did, because I had one of the best conversations about craft beer in a long time. If you are lucky enough to meet one of the delightful barmen/entrepreneur named, Roger, you are in good hand and are no doubt in for a splendid day or evening. Roger is the Real Deal and quintessential beer connoisseur. Needless to say, he really knows his stuff. Further, the venue has a nice atmosphere and the garden in the back is lovely. Lastly, the beer selection is eclectic and delicious.

This is one of my favorite spots, although I don't get to visit as often as I'd like. The owners and staff are just as wonderful as ever. I recently hosted an alumni reunion there, and it was a huge success. Both the owners and staff were incredibly accommodating to our group's needs, which made for a memorable and enjoyable evening for everyone who attended. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a great time in the village of Harlem, NY.

The place is very strange for the beer bar as a regular beer bar. Long, sort of railroad stile, but bright and very hip space. With one table outside space and small backyard garden. Most certainly not dive bar. Very expansive, beer glasses very small, food options very limited. But. Beer is really really good. Beer here is like a act of art. Very small amount could fill your emotional needs very fast. Besides good beer excellent vibes and very positive bartenders. After all, very unique experience. Highly recommended for anyone with unlimited credit card.

This is a really great place! They have a nice outdoor area in the back where you can enjoy your drink. The interior is pleasant, with what I believe are two televisions. I was able to watch the game while sipping on my drink. I didn't try the food, but the bar food options looked appealing, and they even offered vegan choices. The staff was friendly as well. I definitely plan to return soon!

This is truly one of the best places for beer that I've ever visited. I hail from San Diego, specifically North Park, so I know my beer well. The beer selection is outstanding, the food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this spot. Great job, Harlem Hops, on what you've created! We'll definitely be returning. Much love from us San Diegans!
