I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The tortillas on the tacos, especially on the shrimp and steak, tasted stale. I had to question why I was even eating it, especially after spending $50 on dinner. The salsa was the worst part - it tasted like a cold tomato cream soup and was disgusting. I don't understand how this place has 4.7 stars, and I blame all of you for misleading ratings.

While the food at this restaurant is delicious, the service is extremely slow. Despite paying for express delivery, my order didn't arrive until over an hour later. The chicken was burnt and inedible. It's a shame because the sauce and other aspects of the meal are the best I've had in NYC. However, with the consistently poor service and two instances of burnt food, I will not be ordering from here again. If the service does not improve, especially when paying for fast delivery, I have decided to give up on this restaurant.

Their tacos are good. they do not have much furniture and some places on the floor are empty. the location is precious. the service is very good. price high. cleanliness, no complaining. they have no toilet for the customers.
