Pollo Tropical - Naples

I go into this special restaurant since albertson's food business was around, so over 12 years. today I ordered crispy chicken tropichop, no bons, maize side and two side sweeter curtains. I also ordered white rice, and I'll be eating later. I realized that the cup was 10% full, so I went in and asked why. the manager was sooo rude, I was shocked. simple question turned into a back and forth about the mais and how “I ordered” wrong. the manager said her name was tuti and that they gave me a small mais share for my tropicchop. I guess I ordered plain tropichop from a ground and the side of mais is eaten separately. I also recommended that I have ordered this exact meal every time I visited and had no problem yet! I told her that I was willing to pay extra for the correct amount of mais, and then she asked me to speed up my entire order again it out to charge the order to me the $2.99 for the mais. I did not trust them with my food and told her to refund my entire order. I went back to my car and gave her the order for a full refund. she was hesitant to do this and had a side bar conversation on Spanish with another woman who was angry and badly talked about me! Let's just say I'm never going to foot again in this place! I ordered the catering by them, I am regularly at lunch and dinner here! never again. I have worked in the restaurant industry and that is not how a manager should trade with customers. very rude, respectful and straight evil. very disappointed!

Food was good and the prices were decent. The Manager (short, Cuban lady) was semi rude. Service was quick. The Manager proceeded to close the exits at 7:30 PM on a Wednesday night, which seemed odd.

This was so great! Super clean! Also it was our first time and we had told the young man who took our order it was our first time here. At the end of our amazing meal-he gave a free dessert and said “since it’s your first time here” (we were eyeing up that very dessert he gave to us). Attention to detail! Great food! Awesome service

The eating area was clean,tidy and service was quickly done.

Wonderful roasted chicken and ample rice and beans in family pack. There was more than enough for our four hungry adults, who had leftovers for next day's lunch. Friendly and helpful service.
