A&w - Muncie

We choice A W because we don't have one in Indianapolis. Today April 8th 2022, was a college visit to Ball State for our son. We had a busy day with a early morning start. We had not eaten in all day. I was so looking forward to A W. we ordered 3 combo meals. #1 Corn Dog nuggets, 2# Cheese Burger 3# single Bacon Cheese Burger. We get to the window and are told we only get two drinks?? We ordered 3 combo meals. I ordered a vanilla ice cream cone ,I Did Not get!! The drinks where a joke, there was so much Ice it didn't fill a 3rd of the cup!!! The food was good and the employees where nice!! It was a disappointment for sure!! We ordered after 2pm. and it wasn't like they had multiple orders to deal with!! I will say it was a disappointment for sure :

In my opinion, the price is not too big, but I always try to save money if I can. My daughter loves the fritesy here and I think they are pretty good, they are actually just a little over $2 reasonable, but many of the sandwiches and other items are quite expensive I think, but the restaurant is clean, the service is good, the drive thru is really quite long, depending on the time of the day you are going. I would recommend this place they have a lot of options to choose from in the menu

Almost every time I go, things are great. You get a hot, filling food for a good price. They even put ice in a cup when I ask for the treat. Last year I had only a bad experience where the staff was weakened and they did their best. Whether I do drive-thru or Dine-in, it's a good experience and I love her onion rings.

The lady who took orders was a little rude. My order was wrong I ordered a 2 pc chicken lunch and I got a pc fish and a pc chicken. No time today. I'm mad that this lady has a really bad day. Maybe tomorrow will be better for them. My husband has stage 4 cancer and we come to lunch after a treatment and she offered no help just keep saying I need a number

They always forget 1 part of my family meal this time it was the fries last time it was the box of shrimp that you can add for $10.00. Aside from my little niece not getting fries the meal was Great!!
