St Stephens Green - Mountain View

We had appetizers. Nothing unique. For drinks, the Smoke Mirrors Mezcal, Agave, Hofbrau warehouse and Mango beer tried. I liked the mango.

Yesterday I met 3 buddies here for beer and dinner! Happiness of IRISH was not with us, since Happy Hours are honored Monday, Wed.Thu and Friday! We ordered Crispy Chicken, House Burger and Koby Burgers along with the fish and chips. The portions were good with many frits. But the service is a bit difficult because it seems they only had 3 people over the whole place!! We had to pick up the drinks from the bar. There is no table service! This also led to confusion and they have charged us for 2 more beers!! The other negative in the place is noise! The place was LOUD and we had to literally scream to hear each other. The noise level is enough justification to avoid the space, but to go to the food.

I totally loved this place! The ambience was right, it has various possibilities to order several pubs from and after hunting, this is where I finally found my stout beer! Besides, the service was fast, the staff friendly and the location, just perfect! We also ordered the cheese balls, the herbal Patty Burger and the droolacious shepherd cake??

This is a great sports bar, with unfussy food and drinks. Many tables inside and outside always sit somewhere. In the late night also happy hour! Plus a weekend DJ and Dancefloor. I'd like to see some better wines.

So I didn?t see any bouncers, I didn?t get charged as cover charge, the food was great and the staff was pleasant and attentive. this was a Thursday at 6 o?clock but still I would come back. I had a steak pie and a beer it was really good. My only beef, see what I did here was, there were only four pieces of steak in it but it still had a great flavor. EDIT, on my way out the door I got to meet the new general manager. Really nice guy been in the industry for a while and you could tell that the attitude of the staff had changed, from the reviews that I had read before going to this restaurant. If you visited and had a one star experience, I highly recommend you go back because I think your review would change. So another words give me another chance.
