Terrible customer service and even more poor management

If you do business for the public, people should be able to contact you for changes and if there are problems. Why is it impossible to find this place? I tried to call and it just didn't go through to make a change to my order. So I was wasting the money.

Worst subway ever. Never again! Order online via the app. When we showed up, it wasn't ready. They offered to do it right there, so we wanted to wait. But then they told us they didn't have half the ingredients like bread. We told them not to interfere. So we made a refund. Why order through the app if it will not be ready until the time we get there.
