Central - Montgomery

Service was lacking compared to prior visits and our table near the window was cramped even though we had a reservation for four and the booths were empty.

The evening could have gone so much better. First we were brought another tables food. Second I received my steak and it was not cooked properly. I asked for medium and it was rare. It was taken back and my husband finished his meal before my plate was returned. Third the steak when it returned was still not cooked correctly. We were given a dessert but we still paid for a rare steak. We were also almost charged for drinks we did not order. The dessert was very dry and gave me the impression that it was either made somewhere else and frozen before serving or old and reheated. I did speak with the manager but feel like we could have been compensated so much better. Out of three visits to Central I have only had one good meal there. For the amount you pay for eating there I expect much better service and food.

Of the multiple times it was not the best. the main meal came before the appetizer and the server did not notice so much. the times before the service were the tips. Maybe a bad night.
