I’ve only been to Dunkin’ a few times and wasn’t sure what I wanted and she was super helpful and patient and tried to help me pick a drink which was super yummy got the butter pecan frappe thing. My mom wanted to use the bathroom though and someone led her to one and said the light doesn’t work and you’ll need to use your phone flash light. HOW IS THAT OK!? I’m sorry just expecting a customer to use their phone light ? First of all that’s awkward and difficult second that’s unsanitary! And I just don’t understand how that acceptable. And I also understand yes I could’ve taken her to a different bathroom but still that is so strange to me to Alaska customer to use their own light.
My 1st time there I let the girl know and she was more than willing to explain the drinks to me and be patient with me while I made my Choice truly appreciate her patience. I'll definitely be going back.
I had the most disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and didn't greet us in a friendly manner. One employee was on her phone while we were trying to place our order, and when she finally paid attention to us, she continued to have a conversation with a coworker, completely ignoring us. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. When we pointed out that two items were missing, she had the audacity to respond with frustration and prepared our order in a very rude manner. The food itself was cold and tasted awful. Overall, it was a terrible experience and service.
Service was ok until I ordered coffee. Took me a few minutes for them to make my iced macchiato. I was the only customer inside. The drive thru wasn't busy either. Don't know what the reason for the over 5 minute wait time.
Staff is always friendly but not over the top to the point of not feeling genuine. Donuts taste fresh even late in the day.
