Restaurant bewertenI’ve lived in New England, where Dunkin’ is ubiquitous, and this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever encountered. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because of the friendly staff. However, it often takes nearly 30 minutes to receive my food and drinks, even when I order in advance. This happens almost every time I visit. They struggle to manage the morning rush and are frequently understaffed, with just one person handling all the food preparation.
I had the most disappointing experience at Dunkin' Donuts. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and didn't greet us in a friendly manner. One employee was on her phone while we were trying to place our order, and when she finally paid attention to us, she continued to have a conversation with a coworker, completely ignoring us. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. When we pointed out that two items were missing, she had the audacity to respond with frustration and prepared our order in a very rude manner. The food itself was cold and tasted awful. Overall, it was a terrible experience and service.
Wow, there were three cars ahead of me when I arrived at 8:14 AM, and I didn't leave until 8:40 AM. When I finally got to the window, it felt really disorganized, as if the staff didn't know what my order was. I expected better service from Starbucks.
I was brought here after visiting someone, and I was greeted right away and promptly assisted at Dunkin' Donuts. My children made their selections and enjoyed their donuts at the table.
Every other place within walking distance manages to keep croissants in stock, so it’s clear that Dunkin' Donuts needs a change. It's disappointing enough that we're considering breakfast at Jack in the Box, McDonald's, or Burger King—anywhere that values customer satisfaction more than limiting how many croissants they bake. Dunkin' should really rethink their policy and consider hiring new management that prioritizes customer care and retention. It’s a shame because we would have been regulars, coming in five days a week, but we can’t justify that anymore when they refuse to make extra croissants. Plus, our orders are frequently incorrect. It feels like someone there must be dyslexic, as I’ve even requested they write down the order, yet it still gets reversed or messed up.
