Wendy's - Minot

Through the ride thru for a great order for 12 people. They seemed a little nervous to take the order. The staff was great! They were friendly and double checked by the order to ensure that everything was correct. The waiting time was also minimal for a big order.

Eating was good no problems there, but customer service sub par if you don’t like your work does not do it, that’s all nice smile, even if it’s your bad day I’m not the one that created your problems at home, but that’s all

Great food, fast service, good prices and the staff is really nice

I always like to be with Wendys when I need cheap food, fast. Usually the service is fast, but recently the service was slow. Usually it's just a person I understand, but it's like it doesn't matter to them whether one or ten cars get through the ride. No more really good food, it's just the point of sale to be cheap..

The Customer Service was Wonderful. Except for there was a rush after my order and she was working the front by herself. Was Sad because I wanted to make my own chicken salad. With an order of 4 nuggets and a Side salad. Come to find out they dont carry a side salad ... Then as shes taking everyones orders she lines the receipts one after another. Well so by the time she finished she got to my reciept which was the very next one. Well so then my food cheese fries) were cold so needless to say I ate my nuggets and Not many fries. They need to give her help up front.
