Restaurant bewertenI'm new to Broken Grounds, I stopped in for coffee on way to a meeting. The staff was very friendly helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable welcoming. My brewed coffee was absolutely delicious, mellow and complex with a subtle fruity finish. Hit the spot on a busy day. I will definitely return to Broken Grounds when I'm back in Millersbug! Highly recommend!
We were in town for the Matrix community show, and I had read about this black owned coffee shop and decided I wanted to support them. Unfortunately, I had a not so favorable memorable experience. First, let me say it is a cute coffee shop and my vanilla chai was fine. My issue was with the service. There was one person ahead of me, and Sara I heard someone call her that after my order was done) was extremely nice to him and then told me she would be right with me. After which she walked away and when she did come back a very uncomfortable couple minutes later) she walked past me and asked one of the other girls who had been making drinks to take my order. I'm not sure if the one that took my order was new, but she seemed very nervous and had to ask me a couple of times to repeat my order, literally a medium vanilla chai to go. Needless to say, I left completely disappointed that I had gone out of my way to support this company.
My wife and I were on vacation and happened to come across this gem. We didn't know what to expect but were extremely surprised and highly satisfied. The service was outstanding! The breakfast food and coffee were amazing. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend checking out this place.
I ordered a large hot vanilla latte with cinnamon sprinkled on top. It was the best latte I 've had in a very long time. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Broken Grounds to any coffee lover visiting Millersburg, Ohio.
It’s a beautiful place and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady that took our order made our day with speaking Spanish to us and noticed we where from Puerto Rico. Everyone had a smile and was super welcoming regardless of them being busy.
