Subway - Miami

I order a meatball salad ? when I got to my car the meatballs ware cold from a fridge temperature. The person that I talk to was extremely disrespectful she got mad BC I hear her talking to the manager and she told the manager she heat the meatballs which is not true! And I told her not to lieshe come out of her work area as if she wanted to get in to a physical fight with me I was so shock! They really need some customer service training. Was the worse experince ever.

I wanted to write this review for a past, and I had a very clear opinion about this subway until today. my friend and I have been coming to these subways for years and we have always been visited by the old manager beatriz. a few months back I was alerted that beatriz took over a new roll in the company and the new manager name is berthania. first it was blinded, my friend likes a lot sharp and every time we would ask for extra, she would just give us a look at the point where we started to feel uncomfortable when we ordered her. the last stroh was a day when I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single disc into 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I had to pay extra. my normal $27 order was suddenly 34. I wondered why she reacted with the “Labour Policy” that was not important to me, but I often ordered the same and never paid for it. then I'd turn around and eat somewhere else. all this has changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting ariel and anna. they have changed my mind over this subway. I have the best service I've ever got on this subway. I will only return to me for them and my friend feels so comfortable with our experience and for once my friend does not feel ashamed for his selection of sandwich. Subway, if there is something they can take from this review, are more workers like ariel and anna who care for their customers. ariel has been working for many years and came back after some time. his service and his knowledge show that. if this manager his angry and restless, it will lead this subway to the floor. the worst part is that I was complaining about the manager in the last and the customer agreed upon after me and began to tell her story) as sad.

When I just grabbed my chips, there was a cockroach I had already paid, and it just showed the guy and went, but it was so disgusting that I just turned around and I threw both sandwiches in the dumpster. I made a photo, but it was with snapchat I couldn't screenshot. I demand a refund!

Terrible job is never really eating is cold literals the worst terrible settings only bad

Beware! a few nights ago and the dame that coughs and splashes. how management would allow a sick employee to work and not send them home.
