I ordered a sundae with nuts today, but unfortunately, they were out of nuts. That wasn't a huge deal, but I was still charged 30¢ for them, and I didn't get that amount refunded after a frustrating experience with the staff, who didn’t seem honest. While 30¢ may not be much, it highlights the importance of good business practices. On top of that, I ordered a master shake, which I received. However, there was a large air pocket at the bottom, meaning I paid full price for only about two-thirds of the actual product. Just wanted to share my experience here. Meal type: Other.
