Restaurant bewertenMy family and I have gone here every Friday night for probably 15 years. Best chicken in town. Freshest chicken in town. Best fries in town. Tip: go during their busy period 5 pm to 7 pm any night and wait 5 minutes for a table. Because the restaurant is jammed the chicken it fresh out of the rotisserie and on your table within 2 minutes------nothing better!!!
Ordered take out crispy chickenIt's advertised as being crispy and juicyUnfortunately it's greasy on the outside and dry on the insideAte a couple pieces and later felt like it was sitting like a lump in my stomachThey should stick with what they know and quit trying new stuff
I literally just left this Swiss Chalet, with an empty stomach. They definitely lost my business. Long story short, the customer service is horrible. We were rushed to order and waited at least 30minutes for our meals to come. Once our meals arrives, there was a long black hair (that looked exactly like a pubic hair) on the chicken breast of my ceasar salad. Our server didn't seem to care. Oh yea, and the manager didn't care either. He didn't even offer to make me another salad. Don't waste your time going here.
Service is slow, parking is crowded. Fries are generally tired and oily and limp. The better Swiss Chalet is at Hwy 48 and 14th Ave. which is 3 km away and where service is much quicker, staff is friendlier and the fries are as they should be.
My wife took her elderly parents and our son to lunch today. Food was great, no issues there. As my wife's father is a 92 year old veteran, he has some mobility issues.Grace was their server. She provided outstanding, compassionate service. As usual, great food, paired with a server like Grace that went above and beyond
