Delmar Cafe - Mardin

Beware.. a scammer. I had a terrible experience here. Look at the last item in the bill. The 'thug ' who was introduced as manager told us it was a 'fix ' and a FIX it was.. He was too rude too and I still feel too upset and offended. Shame on the beautiful city of Mardin. I 'm leaving the city with a very bitter taste after 3 beautiful days.. Really shame on this scammer!

I stayed at the hotel and the owner made me feel like family. He is incredibly well known for the history of Mardin and very openly minded. I organized a few tours and they were incredible. Definitely the highlight of my year! It was a very local experience.

Beautiful place to enjoy the view in the dusk over Mardin. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Upstairs rooms are small, affordable and very comfortable. The cook creates incredible Turkish dishes and the breakfast is fantastic. The wine recommended by the staff was delicious. I'm going back to spend more days at Del Mar in Mardin. I enjoy the view of the terrace and the birds sing while children fly dragons. Mardin is a very special place in the world and Del Mar is the perfect place to enjoy the atmosphere. Thanks to the friendly staff.

Friendly personnel, but mediocre food.
