Banzeiro - Manaus

This restaurant has a down to earth feel but offers upscale and very tasty Amazonian fare. The signature ant ! appetizer is a must have due to this species' particular diet, the two ants crowning the spoon of manioc foam have a distinctively citric taste it's like an amazing lemon sweet without the sugar but loads of protein instead. There are also a few vegetarian options. The risottos unfortunately were a bit greasy but still very tasty. We also loved the efficient service.

Nice restaurant very good food recommend staff nice but not with Brazilian friendliness not a memorable experience, cannot even tell why

Amazing food. I've eaten there last week. The tambaqui ribs were great. We ate ants. The restaurant is busy. 20:00.
