Restaurant bewertenWe've been to breakfast on Sunday for a while. We had terrible time driving thru waiting from previous visits. This visit had to be even worse for time. We are in the drive thru line and waited about 6 minutes with just one car out of the track. I went in since breakfast soon, and waited almost 15 minutes inside to get just a bacon. When we finally got the cookie, it was nice and fresh and tasteful. I just wish I didn't have to wait until a single piece was ordered.
I must say they have the most amazing pancakes I've ever had in my whole life! They were very hot and crushed in butter! Not a healthy food, but if you want to throw away all your inhibitions, then get them! The staff is also fast and friendly.
It is your typical Fast Food Burger Joint. Had no wrong order yet, and the food was hot every time. The employees obviously don't want to be there, but hey, I worked fast food and I didn't want to be there. Can't testify, cleanliness as I wasn't in.
This Jack?s has been able for years, and the staff has come and gone, but the food and service has always been excellent every time. I'd write this to the manager who didn't change all the time, Wayne. Through good times and Covid Wayne managed this store very well. Stop the good work.
This restaurant is the worst, slow and completely unfriendly drive thru service, plus if you ask for extra condiments, they act as if you're disturbing their break. Is it too much to ask for a smile, and if you don't want to then DON'T WORK DRIVE THRU!!! If this review makes you angry or emotional then you probably shouldn't work in customer service or you need more training or you need to use a mirror to practice smiling before you start your shift begins.
