This restaurant offers the best Chinese food in the area at a reasonable price with friendly service. We have been loyal customers for years and recently used Great Wall to cater a large event. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and everyone at the event loved the food. The customer service is GARBAGE!! I ordered lomein with my meal and got rice so I called to get it fixed. The so called lady on the phone said that she didn't hear me order it but I could buy some. I said I shouldn't have to buy it because THEY messed up my order. She finally said I could get the lomein so I went to get it but got denied because I didn't bring the rice back to exchange...
