Summit Tacos - Longmont

I dined at this restaurant and enjoyed one of their main dishes while sitting outside in the rain, sipping on the house margarita. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely return again.

The guacamole and salsa at this restaurant are fantastic. They offer vegan options for tacos and the outdoor dining area has a wonderful atmosphere. If you have any dietary restrictions, just ask for the vegan options.

I absolutely adore this place! They have some if the best street tacos and they have live music on saturdays! I live really close by and they are really sweet about being respectful to their neighbors to boot. Thanks for being awesome!

What a gem! Have been to Summit a handful of times since last year and consistently get high level service, great atmosphere and excellent food.If you 're a Summit newbie, do yourself a favor and go for the Taco Flight. I believe it 's right around $20 bucks for one of each taco on the menu. Perfect tasting menu order for you and a partner or two.Last time I visited I got the Mole enchiladas with Chicken and it was among the very best Mole sauce I 've ever had. Rich, smokey, sweet, packed with flavor. Rice and beans were on point as well.Pro Tip: Get the Elotes. Always get the Elotes.Nice sized portions. Incredible atmosphere and always great service. Summit is a staple in my rotation.

Food very good. Don't like standing in line to order. Limit inside seating. Nice outside areas to sit.
