Summit Tacos - Longmont

Where do I start....Alejandro and Eduardo are absolutely incredible people who make me feel so special every time I get to their truck. Their sense of humor and personalities really do make the experience amazing. This isn't to mention that the food that they make is the best. Their tacos are my favorite tacos on the face of the planet. These guys are doing it right. Keep up the great work!!

Summit Tacos was at the Firehouse Art Center last night and I was delighted with my meal. I had the vegetarian Rajitas- flavorful but not hot spicy- as I requested. Everything seemed fresh and was cooked to perfection. I'll definitely eat at Summit Tacos again.

Outstanding Street tacos and Mexico City syle food. Eduardo and Alejandro make an excellent team, super friendly, and most importantly, great food at a great price! Longmont just got incrementally a better with Summit Tacos on the scene :
