Tim Hortons - Little Current

I experienced slow service, and the espresso machine along with the milk steamer has been out of order for nearly two weeks.

I'm really frustrated with the constant mistakes at this location. Again and again, they mess up even the simplest orders. Most recently, I ordered a bacon and lettuce sandwich on a cheese bagel, but where's the bacon???

This is the first Tim Hortons I've encountered with trash scattered around the parking lot and drive-thru! Apart from that, it's a typical Tim Hortons experience.

Rude workers and horrible wait times for drive-thru, understaffed for a multi billion dollar company.

I rarely leave negative reviews but will follow this review with a positive for Elliott's Restaurant. I live in the States and am traveling through Canada. I gave 2 stars for very good Timbits. The coffee was quite good but not like it used to be back when it was served in ceramic coffee cups. I should have looked at the reviews before coming to this location as I also experienced an exceptionally dirty restaurant and rude service. The young man that originally took my order was very polite, but follow-up service by a woman was NOT good customer care! This young sprout could use additional training in people skills if she's going to continue working in this industry. I didn't use the restroom so can't rate that, but the cleanliness of the dining area was sub-par. I would choose a different Tim Hortons to dine at next time I visit Canada.
