This was the longest I have waited after making mobile order 10mins before arriving worst customer service
Losers! Got my order wrong and gave me no receipt but I took a picture of the rat at the menu board.
Cant tell you how the food was because I didn't get it. After a late flight in from ny and rental car company delaying me I know i had limited choices. I I pass a store on hillsboro blvd but it closes at 1 so i know this one isnt far. I order in app and pull onto drive through and wait a good 3 mins. I then hear a faint low male voice tell me they are closed. I asked wait arent you open 24 hours and he says yes but our system is down. I cancel my order but mind you there are 2 cars ahead that were waiting for their orders so are you closed or not
This is possibly the worst and slowest location ever. I stop here in the morning for a hash brown and a soda. I order through the mobile app in advance. Every time I get there, I still end up standing around waiting for 5 minutes. They never have hash browns ready. You'd think they could at least get my soda while I'm waiting since they literally just press a button and the machine does the work for them. But no, I stand there waiting while they show no sense of urgency or care that I'm standing there. They don't even ask if I need help or if I'm waiting for an order. And you can't even blame it on them being busy cause I'm there around 7am every time and there's 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru and maybe 1 person inside. I watched one guy make multiple attempts to get a refill and get ignored. I'll just stop going to this one since I found one about a mile and a half south of this location on the same road. Avoid this location if you're in any kind of hurry.
