Stables Pub - Leeds

We were passing the stables so decided to call for lunch. The menu was very limited, which was disappointing. We were sat having our drink waiting for the food when a man came through the front door with some takeaway boxes......this was our food!! Which we then had to eat with wooden cutlery. Obviously the food is brought over from the hotel but really not what we expected. Don't think we will return.

Wanted somewhere in the area for family to meet, sit comfortably together with drinks and talk. Stables pub fitted the bill perfectly. Couldn't have chosen better.

Cracking pub away from the Hell of Headingley. Good selection of beers. Friendly staff. Brilliant sun trap in the courtyard.

Relaxed atmosphere a nice end to our day at my cousins funeral good vibe pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff

They recently changed their parking system, I’ve been going there for over 15 years and the staff did not inform customers of this change. Was there for just over 1 1/2 hours to meet a friend and got a letter today demanding £100 for a free car park for customers. This is a cash trap against locals who are used to many years of just parking. Will no longer be frequenting The Stables or Weetwood Hall.
