Best pho in Richmond. Always fresh and delicious, have never been let down by this place. Highly recommended

The container for the combination meat got smaller used to be a regular size, last few time I ordered some egg noddle and rice noodles they put extra bean sprouts underneath to make look big, dont shrunk the sizes for the same price, just put the price up to keep the original sizes, will not order again if you guys dont change it up
