Restaurant bewertenI booked a table online for Valentine's I had the table confirmation by email turned up on the evening to be told by the waitress there was no table for us. Showed her the cornformation email the poor girl didn't know what to say. Asked to see the manager and she told us the manager was busy and that they couldn't do anything to help as they had stopped taking bookings online 2 weeks previous. There was no offer of a goodwill gesture or a formal apology from the manager for ruining our evening I thought this was very poor customer service from a restaurant with a good name. Thanks for ruining our evening.
I had booked a table online for Valentine's Day and showed the confirmation email to the waitress when we arrived, only to be told that there was no table reserved for us. Despite showing her the confirmation email, the waitress seemed unsure of what to do next. She suggested speaking to the manager, who informed us that they had stopped taking online bookings two weeks prior and were unable to accommodate us. There was no offer of compensation or even a formal apology from the manager, which left us feeling disappointed. This was a highly disappointing experience from a restaurant that is otherwise well-regarded. Thank you for ruining our evening.
This restaurant has been closed for at least 6 months.
The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the service was attentive. We had a big table for our group of four and everyone enjoyed their meals. A great discovery!
My family and I went to Bait to celebrate Mother's Day. Despite it being a busy day, we were not rushed and were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed manner. The food was consistently delicious and we would definitely dine there again.
