Weiterlesen Across the board a most horrible experience. First clue should have been that for a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost empty. The only major concentration of patrons was a unique car group in the next room. The service was perfunctory at best. We were made to feel rushed and successive courses were served at lightning speed. We hadn’t even finished the prior course, before the next was foisted upon us. We were celebrating a birthday occasion and ordered two prime rib and one fish dish. The color of the prime rib was a ‘black’ consistency, which indicated that it was not fresh, but originated frozen. Ordered medium well, came out very rare and pink. Requested that it be cooked to order. Other prime rib was ordered rare, and it was raw. Very dangerous. The fish was tasteless and dry. We have been patrons of this restaurant for almost 40 years. Our father would hold business meetings here and the food throughout the years was consistently good and of the highest quality. This certainly is not the case now. A member of our party felt compelled to voice our displeasure to management and spoke with “Mike”. After explaining what had occurred verbatim, the response was ‘oh well, sorry’. I certainly did not expect any compensation, but at least project a caring attitude, a real concern that every aspect of a long-term diner’s experience failed to meet even minimum expectations. Promise to investigate, detail a few thoughts about any improvements in service or food quality, nope, a ‘minimal lackluster response was all that occurred. In summary, avoid this restaurant at all costs as the overall quality in every aspect and detail is flawed and has significantly decreased to a poor level. A long-term, proud eatery is now a shell of its former self and how truly and utterly disappointed we were to have encountered a combination of diminished service and horrendous food With management obviously not caring one iota about any constructive feedback.

The bartender needs to do better on making mixed drinks they were horrible. My steak was soooo dry and overcooked. I asked for a fork 3 times. The bread pudding dessert was beyond terrible. Mind you they have my husband his bday dessert with no fork and again had to ask for a fork 2 times for that. The live band was setting up and when it was time to dance hood lord people bumping into you like they were the only ones dancing and spinning. Will I be back no

My only complaint is the nose level slightly hard to hear with a table of four. Turn down music or give more padding on walls.

The service was good although I was brought the wrong main course which caused a slight delay but we were given complimentary desserts to make up for the mix up. The real downside was that although it was a lovely restaurant we were the only diners apart from one other single diner from the hotel which affected the ambiance.
