More concerned about the outclocking and the attention to the customers made my experience terrible

Fantastic, cried ahead and order was warm and ready when we came there.

The staff here was so incredibly nice to my daughter when I came in. they smiled all the time and they had puppies on TV. the owner should give each well-earned salary increase to keep it on board. seriously, do it

I don’t know how this place has this many stars. Every time I come service is the last thing on their mind. First thing I saw was someone stocking chips and on their phone with speakerphone. Idk I’m petty, sure I know but it’s always weird service…it’s from complicated from a customer aspect. I only came bc of T-Mobile coupon lol.

This is the first time that I've ever tried this restaurant chain!Totally Excellent Experience at the Firehouse Subs in Kettering!As you can tell by my images, I really had a ball!!!The employees were great, the sub was great and the customers were great!I will definitely be back!
