Aroma's - Kankauli

I do not intend to criticize the establishment. I am just providing my honest feedback. The staff at this restaurant is quite shy and lacks the ability to be polite with customers. My review is based on my personal experience with their staff. Despite the high prices, they have failed to meet their own standards. The food was satisfactory but not exceptional. I believe they should show equal attention and appreciation to all customers.

The restaurant is a bit difficult to locate as it is not visible from the highway. You will need to leave the main road and drive for a few minutes to reach it. Be prepared to climb a flight of stairs as it is not on the ground level. However, once inside, you will find a wide selection of dishes to choose from. In addition to Indian cuisine, they also offer international dishes. If you are willing to splurge, they have a pricier selection of seafood available. It was mentioned that they have hundreds of dishes on their menu. Our group of 10 opted for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items which were tasty but not overly spicy. The service was prompt and we were all well taken care of. Repeat or extra food items such as soup and naan were served quickly without a long wait. The portion sizes were generous and easily shared among a few people.

Its difficult to find some simple, hygienic outlets that serve good food with good service, this one Aroma's is one such place. Recommended highly by a local friend, the food , ambiance, service, music is good. Overall, this is a good place for family too. Chinese, Indian dishes are prepared well and thought there are local favorites such as Burgers, Pizzas , Sandwiches, i didn't try either of those. Veg. chilli, Veg. triple fried rice with kokam to gulp it down with... place is good, ambiance is good as is music and the servers are attentive and food is served quick, considering that its closer to station and they understand customers might be in a rush.. Best is the meetha paan that is served in the end , its free to add to its taste, so to speak :

On the return way from Goa to Pune highway we find some sign board of Aroma restaurant and we directly visited for a lunch, it was amazing experience in small town Kankavali , the food was great !!!! An excellent staff very good ambiance best Test at reasonable rate you should must visit this place quantity and quality was best!!! i really appreciate food ,hospitality management

Its around 100mtrs off the highway, keep an eye for the turn (in the middle of the town) on the left while travelling from Mumbai to Goa.
