My children's school pizza is better. It was heavy and awful. Horrible cold dip starter. If you want good pizza go to Pizza Manina in Kardamili. There are better restaurants in Stoupa. Lots of cats

So far the best restaurant in Stoupa. Excellent value for money. Very tasteful authentic food and very friendly staff/owner. The Skordalia is just wow. Best sunset views in town. Will be back!

Our first night in Stoupa and we chose this taverna at the south end of Stoupa’s main beach. We arrived shortly before 7.30pm and getting a table for 5 was easy but not long afterwards the taverna got very busy. Split into 3 sections, two with very good views of the sea, the beach and the sunset. One section more of a garden area to the side which was not really used during our visit. The waiter talked us through a number of specials which all sounded delicious but we all opted for meals from the main menu. All the Greek traditional options were there and we selected stifado, chicken souvlaki, imam and beef in tomato sauce. The meat dishes all came with a choice of oven potatoes, chips or rice. We also opted for starters: saganaki cheese and tsatziki. All the food was delicious and freshly cooked. We then enjoyed coffee and a complimentary slice of honey cake and a (we think) cherry liqueur shot. Five people came to a total of €109 which is very good value. We are sure to be back as the sunset view just got better and better as the evening went on!

This is the only place where you het excellent seafood. Outstanding service and protection from cat attacks while you are enjoying your meal. Hut ab we will return
