I came to this restaurant because we read amazing reviews, and they didn't disappoint.Make sure you book reservations ahead of time, because I saw numerous people get turned away due to the full capacity of the restaurant.Our server, I believe his name was Brian was an amazing host for the evening. He was welcoming, friendly, attentive and professional.For starters, me and my friend split the elk capasscio, and grime meatball.Elk capasscio was delicious, and packed with flavours. Super light and tasty.Grime meatball, I felt lacked flavour and felt like it was just sitting in tomato sauce and onions.Main course, I had the Elk Wellington, which was cooked perfectly. Pasty was very flaky and crisp, and elk was cooked to a nice medium rare.Mashed potato and berry sauce paired very well with everything.I highly recommend coming to this restaurant, as it was one of the highlights of my trip!

Best meal of our trip. Guided by our personable and knowledgeable server, Matthew, we chose a wonderful BC syrah (of course) to accompany our meal. The duck and the elk Wellington, our main courses, were out of this world. Cooked to perfection and prepared with some creative twists. Atmosphere was friendly and down to earth. Highly recommend!!

Our server Kirstin made our experience at Syrah’s of Jasper an unforgettable evening. The lamb and elk wellington were delicious and the ‘La Fin’ desert was an excellent end to the evening. Highly recommend Syrahs to anyone looking for a fine dining experience in Jasper with approachable, friendly service.

All I can say is WOW. One of my all time favorite meals. Menu is unique without being too weird. I got the chef's preparation halibut and my fiance got the elk wellington we both agreed it was by far the best meal of the trip.Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. I cannot recommend Syrahs enough to any Jasper traveler. Absolutely incredible!!
