Delicious— my son and I shared a combo plate plus extra corn bread! We had tri-tip, pulled pork, cowboy corn, and Mac cheese. Everything was really good and tasted fresh and homemade. I visited Slick Fork and ordered two combos, and unfortunately, I won't be returning. The coleslaw was drenched in runny mayo, and the potato salad was subpar—definitely not what I expected. The mac and cheese was dry, and the meat was also lacking moisture. Given the prices, I was quite disappointed. It felt like I was served reheated leftovers. On a positive note, I will say that the meat was really tender. I was about to give them a zero stars, but since the meat was good, I’ll give them one star.
