She came back where we sat outside and was very rude to us. she also spoke with other customers so abruptly and very pleasant. this is the worst customer service I have seen from someone in the hospitality in a very long time after we had ordered our lunch and had eaten, we were served again by kite in the opposite direction. who not only overwhelmed us, but she was extremely rude and annoyed when we wanted to pay with cash and card. very dissapointed with our experience

I wasn't in the loose caboose, because it didn't open because it was bad, just because of the many others who have opened since then. I came back for a takeaway coffee and while it was made again familiar with the menu. still really interesting dinge there. the coffee was good and I have to eat again soon.
