Restaurant bewertenI ordered and ate a few times in the restaurant. service is fast; even delivery. I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese I had, but it's pretty good. I order from there at least once a month. the personal is friendly and also the owner. their portions are great and the restaurant is also very affordable.
We really enjoyed eating. there was something for the children, us adults and the oldest. everyone loved it and had an amazing time. the service was incredibly fast and it was all fresh (yes, it seemed fresh the ambiente in restaurant was ok. the staff was friendly but they could have been more friendly and friendly.
Ever since the original owner passed the restaurant down to his daughter, the quality has suffered greatly. The deep-fried squid is mostly batter and the prawn toast is essentially just plain toast. We used to be loyal customers for 15 years, but the last 5 visits have been disappointing. The new owner seems to prioritize cutting costs over maintaining quality and quantity. It's upsetting because the original owner, who was the father, was known for excellent service and generous portions. Additionally, they no longer serve sizzlers.
The lunch special menu, which is cash only, offers great value with friendly and fast service. All dishes are made to order and served promptly, always piping hot. I especially recommend trying the Chef's hot and sour soup. There is a pay and display car park just 50 meters away, costing 50p or free for Blue Badge holders.
We visited this restaurant for the first time based on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Chicken Szechuan or Mixed Veg Szechuan dishes. The price of £19 with fried rice felt overpriced. We appreciated the complimentary prawn crackers, but we do not plan to order from here again.
