Restaurant bewertenA lovely wee night out with my Girlfriend for a meal here. Food was real good. Service was just nice, no long waits. We enjoyed everything thing we got. Had a wer laugh with the waiter. We started with a soup. I had Daal soup, it's a lentil soup with a difference. hot to the back of your throat. It would burn the hairs of a mans chest from the inside out lol. It was lovely. Finished it to the end. My Girlfriend had chicken Soup then the main meal. No waste. So enjoyable. The photos of the menus, I think there are the carry out ones.
We ate here on Saturday 2nd July and yes it is a regular visit for us. Clean, comfortable and service from very friendly staff puts the finishing touches to a great traditional curry evening. The food is very fresh with no reheats and at the price well worth a visit. Mike and Pauline Hamilton
Lovely place to hangout with family and attractive deals too ... Liked the 20 pounds one
Have been trying to find a consistently good Indian take away in Hamilton. Everytime we find a good one the next time we go back the quality of the chicken has been poorer. We tried this place last night for the first time as The Manzil always has had a great reputation. The vegetable pakora was greasy, the chicken korma was tasteless and the sauce was watery, not thick and creamy. The man bread was not fresh. Spicy onions were good. Very disappointed and at £21.50 very expensive for this quality of food. Will not be back
The worst Indian meal I've ever had. Right from the start when we walked in I could see the place was tired, very tired. The welcome was....unwelcoming and pointed to a seat. Paper table mats and cutlery that looked like something from the antiques road show with the black tinge of years of service. Food was poor starter overcooked and at very best an average main. The manager and staff member just look like they would rather be anywhere else than serving you. Never ever again.
